Who we are
Tampa Carpet Pros is a carpet cleaning company based in Tampa, Florida. We clean carpets, rugs, and upholstery for homes and businesses across the Tampa Bay area — from downtown condos to family homes in the suburbs to offices that see hundreds of feet a day.
We are a working trade team, not a call center. When you call, you talk to people who clean carpets for a living. When we come to your home, we bring professional equipment and an honest opinion — not a sales pitch.
How we work
First, we quote honestly. Tell us what you need and we give you a clear price before we start. No bait-and-switch, no "that'll be extra" surprises at the door. If a stain won't come out, we tell you that up front instead of charging you to find out.
Second, we clean thoroughly. Pre-treat, deep clean, extract, groom — every job gets the full process, not a rushed once-over. We take the time to do it right because a rushed job is a wasted job.
Third, we respect your home. Shoe covers, corner guards, careful equipment handling. We leave your place clean — cleaner than we found it, obviously — and we walk through with you before we leave.
What we won't do
We won't promise a stain will come out when we know it won't. We won't quote one price on the phone and a higher one at your door. We won't rush through your home to hit a quota. And we won't try to sell you services you don't need — if your carpet just needs a basic clean, that's what we'll recommend.
